If you know me, you know that I strive to be independent in all things. That means I try to find homemade solutions to all my problems, especially, psychological. Habing the education background and intuitive understanding of the world, I have been successful in my endeavors so far.
This video is really a collection of some fee good techniques that I employ any time I am feeling down and depressed. Most of the personal practices I go over are life changing, yet, simple. I hope you guys listen till the end and apply these techniques.
It seems that I am still developing in front of the camera. Trying my best to be as natural as I am when I have a conversation with my friends, in person.
