How many times have you thought about making your penis bigger? How many times have you searched for penis enlargement methods online? For example, if you want to build bigger and stronger chest muscles, then the bench press is the best exercise for it, but it is even better when other chest exercises are also used.

You can increase the time of your jelqing exercise routines, you can use more pressure and force, you can slow down each repetition, you can decrease your rest days. There are so many different things you can do.

And although you can get a bigger penis by doing simple jelqs for 5 minutes a day for example, then you will not make big gains. There are a lot of free exercise routines that are very basic and help you make some gains. But if you are looking to make gains in excess of 1-3 inches, then you need to learn more about penile exercises.
