Depression and Suicide Can be Beat
I hope this might let people know that anyone can be struck down by depression and possibly thoughts of Suicide. There is help out there, contact your Doctor if you feel you are having problems. Or if you are contemplating hurting yourself or need help to prevent suicide check out the phone numbers below and call. Most people I know of are in the US, but have included other countries so there might be more help out there.
Depression and suicide are no joke. If you or a friend need help get it right away. The sooner that a problem is realized, the sooner it can be treated.
There is a stigma out there that men are afraid to come forward with the issues, times have changed but sometimes people, especially men, are worried or scared on how it will be received Nearly 4 times the men in the US Commit suicide each year over women, but are too afraid to ask for help. Life is to precious, don’t take it for granted and get help.
