Have you ever felt like your hair wasn’t good enough? Perhaps not long enough, shiny enough, thick enough, or just not up to par? Do you ever find yourself comparing yourself to others? Do other people compliment your hair or your physical appearance but despite compliments you still don’t feel good enough? If you answered yes to any of these you are not alone! I am going to address the topic of hair dysmorphia, how it is related to body dysmorphia and what you can do to improve your self esteem and self image. 🙂
