As a society, we are conditioned to believe in the famous “Real Men Don’t Cry” notion, that they are expected to be the ‘stronger gender’ in aspects (physical, emotional, mental).
Additionally, the predominant cultural norms in South Asian pressurize Men into suppressing their mental health issues due to which they are ashamed to seek help even in sensitive situations.
The purpose of this short movie is to encourage the de-stigmatization of (South Asian) Men with Mental Health issues!
