Winters have arrived,it’s important that we take care of our SKIN.

Our Skin gets Dull & Dry in Winters because of no HUMIDITY , COOL & DRY Weather,
Indoor Heat snatches all the moisture from the Skin & our Skin gets Dry.

If we want CLEAN, CLEAR, SOFT SKIN, then we should stop wasting Money on Harmful Creams,cleansers, Moisturizers & other Harmful Products.

We reduce Water intake in Winters, it is a big reason of our SKIN getting DULL & DRY, it’s mandatory that we drink water at regular intervals.

Always bath from Lukewarm water, as Hot water snatches all the NATURAL OILS from the SKIN and should take short bath in winters, as excessive exposure of skin to water makes the Skin Dry.

Always eat HEALTHY FOOD,it maintains water content of the body & also maintains skin health,
We should consume Foods rich in VITAMIN-A,B,C,E & IRON.

VEG LIKE- BEET,PEAS,CARROTS,SPINACH

Physical Exercise is also very important to get glowing Skin,
Wake up early in the Morning & do Physical Exercises for atleast 30 mins
