We’re going to get rid of drug use. We’re going to start exercising more and eating more calories. We are going to get enough sleep and not wake up in the middle of the day. We won’t reward ourselves for doing nothing. We’ll put the internet, the phone, the television and all of technology in its place and use it to serve us.

We will make an effort to be social and not be stuck in isolation. When inspiration strikes we will use it to be creative.
