Welcome to the new year! The first short film of 2021 is one that we’ve been trying to write for years, because it is one that touches us so deeply. We all know a friend, a loved one, a family member that has struggled or continues to struggle with mental health. This may describe you as well.

This short film is our way of writing something that addresses the ‘taboo’ topic of mental health, especially in a brown community. Coming from a Tamil background, it is unheard of to discuss openly about mental health, anxiety, depression within the family.

Please share this short film with friends and family in an attempt to start conversations where it is needed, before it is too late.

As always, please subscribe for more content from us, it really helps us grow and do what we love. Leave a comment on your thoughts about this video.
