We’ve faced family loss, gaslighting at our jobs, graduating online, and so much pain. We often feel overwhelmed by the injustice of the world and we just can’t seem to find a convenient time to consider the toll the last years have taken on our mental health.

Dr. Argie Allen-Wilson – With over 20 years of experience as an Author, Mental Health, and Relationship Therapist Dr. Argie Allen-Wilson is the former Director of Clinical Training at Drexel University’s Couple & Family Therapy Department and the founder and CEO of her private practice F.A.I.T.H. Connects LLC. (Family and Individual Therapeutic Healing), Co-founder of Connections Matter LLC and Co-founder of a Nonprofit, Mental Health First Connects along with her husband. Dr. Allen Wilson recently published her first book “Courageous Conversations Connect” (A Pathway to Reset Your Mindset with Intentional Thoughts from The Inside Out). Dr. Allen-Wilson is a national television and radio personality, you may have seen her on some of the “Today Show” major segments, and she is a frequent guest in the fourth hour with Hoda and Jenna Bush of The Today Show, Mel Robbins Show, Tamron Hall Show, MSNBC, CNN, Radio One The Tom Joyner Morning Show with Jacque Reid, iHeartRadio, countless local radio shows in the Philadelphia market and Good Day Philadelphia on Fox29 News. In 2015 Dr. Argie received an (Emmy Nomination Mid-Atlantic) to add to her achievements for her expertise in a Fox 29 News segment called “All Teched Out” by Special News Reporter, Joyce Evans.

Dr. George James – is the Chief Innovation Officer, Senior Staff Therapist and AAMFT Approved supervisor at Council For Relationships. In addition, he is an Assistant Professor for the Couple and Family Therapy Program at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. James is president and CEO of George Talks, LLC, a communication and consulting company. He has spoken and consulted with multiple businesses, media production companies, organizations, universities, and places of faith. Dr. James has been a recurring expert guest on radio, television, and online programs including The TODAY Show (12+ appearances), CNBC, Nickelodeon, Home & Family (Hallmark), Good Day LA, Good Day Philadelphia, iHeartradio, Radio One, and many others. He works extensively with professional athletes, entertainers, adult men and women, executives, couples, and young adult men on various issues, including adulting, career, anxiety, work-life balance, love life, leadership, parenting, depression, and communication. Dr. James also specializes in helping couples improve the quality of their relationships, reconcile conflicts, and overcome intense situations such as affairs, lack of communication, parenting struggles, and much more.

Leroy Mapp – Fitness Routine – Leroy Mapp, founder of Gorilla Power LLC, a Black-owned wellness brand. Leroy offers fitness classes as well. Leroy participated in an IG Live hosted by Billy Penn, where he talked about fitness routines + staying healthy in the winter.
