Dr. Joshua Safer, Executive Director, Mount Sinai Center for Transgender Medicine and Surgery met with members of the CSI community to give a virtual talk to review the reasons for the shift in the model of delivery for gender-affirming care for trans people and then reviewed some of the hormone strategies along with the status of interest in various gender-affirming surgeries followed.
