Our BGV’s are always fun…but the first few days are can be a little awkward. How do you get a house full of strangers from all over the country(and outside it as well) to open up and get to know each other? Well this year, Taff…one of our BGV’rs came up with the idea to place 20 loaded questions in a bowl that we would draw at random and have to answer. The catagories were Love, Relationships, and parenting…and you could anonymously ask anything along those lines. It got deep, sometimes it got hilarious..but mostly it helped us get real with each other. Think you know the answers?….check it out!

On day 4 of the BGV we held a collective gathering of the minds where, in a group setting, 20 questions were presented asked anonymously by the group at large and a lively debate/discussion emerged on real topics from thriving relationships to loneliness and coming out. BGV’ers ranged from very young to retirees, couples, singles, and parents. This is where the walls of not knowing each other were really torn down and we saw a true melting of the group. The session was powerful for many, educational, and likely the start of a new BGV tradition. We opened with a mixer/ice-breaker to get the collective juices flowing!
