Week 241 – well, I didn’t expect the hair transplant to have side-effects. This thumbnail may have been a little misleading as I didn’t exactly have bruising on my face to that extent. I certainly did have some bruising and lots of swelling. So much so that Daniel thought I looked like avatar. Whilst my head cut looks absolutely disgusting and I am starting to remove the scabs in my head thank goodness. It’s starting to look a little bit better now.
Yes, still trying to lose weight not very successfully unfortunately. But I am still trying to keep up with the keto diet. I made some lovely meals including spicy chicken. Daniel has definitely relaxed into his normal working mode. And I am definitely in the caravan in mood. I’m planning on going on holiday with my friend Lori. In preparation for this I found and restored a old paraffin heater.
Daniel took his first Covid injection and has been feeling really ill for the whole evening. So much so that surprisingly he came to bed because it was warm and of course, he spent all the evening cuddling with our ginger wirehaired Vizsla Jack.
I had a little bit of a slip and decided to order some Kentucky fried chicken. It’s not exactly Quito but it is mate. I’m sure I put on about 2 kg from that and I was also very ill because it makes me bloated.
