Muscle dysmorphia is an anxiety disorder which causes someone to see themselves as small when in fact they’re muscular.
It’s feared that one in ten men suffer with muscle dysmorphia. The number is likely to be much higher. Men fear coming forward as body image hang ups are seen as a “feminine issue”
