This Christmas evening I saw a homeless man, sitting alone on the cold streets of Chicago watching something in his little phone, who’s name is Misha. The thing about this man, is that he did’t ask for money, he didn’t lay down on the ground drunk, he was just sitting on his metal chair right next to the power outlet, charging his phone and watching some movie, right next to the Chicago public library every day in this crazy cold weather. That caught my attention and I decide to come and talk to him. Long story short, this guy is Ukrainian, who don’t speak English. He cannot understand people who coming and trying to talk with him (you can see in included video). At night he sleeps in the park on the banch. Because of the health condition he cannot do hard work, and unfortunately he don’t have any family or friends here, who are willing to help him out. I truly feel bad for this man and I don’t want to leave it like that. I include video below, where you can understand whole story!

I want to raise some money for this guy at least to cover place to stay during winter time (next 3-6 months). get some money for basic needs, food, medicine. Let’s be kind in times like this! Instead of creating competition of best picture of posing right next to Christmas trees on social media, better help those who truly need that! You can contact me @maksymzakharchuk if you want to help or ask any other questions. Thank you!
