The light therapy lamp is compact and comes with a detachable bracket for easy portability and storage. Suitable distance and duration of use

Please keep your face at a suitable distance from the light during use, no closer than 15cm, and for best results we recommend keeping the light at a distance of around 35cm from your face.The light therapy lamp can be used in sections, with 30 minutes recommended for each use. You can start with 10 minutes for the first use and work your way up until you find the length you feel most comfortable with.

Memory Function

The light therapy lamp has a memory function which allows you to record previous settings such as colour temperature, light intensity etc.Even in the event of an unexpected situation such as a power failure, there is no need to worry as the user-friendly memory function will restore your preferred settings. It makes it easier to use as you effectively avoid having to readjust the settings each time you use it.
