Funmi’s interest in weight loss began over a decade ago when at 5.9ft, her weight had crept up to 102kgs. Her quest to reverse the trend took her on an eye opening journey as she tried new and old weight loss strategies.

Unable to find a sustainable solution, Funmi resigned to working with her own diet and managed to lose over 25kgs and has kept the weight off till date. She went on to complete her Masters Degree in Management Studies where she wrote her dissertation on Weight Management in Black Africans & Black Caribbeans. She further progressed to get a certification in Nutrition.

Funmi is the founder of The Exclusive You Nutrition and Lifestyle Improvement Programme. This is an online group programme which she runs as well as offering one on one consultation.
