Useful Tips:
Question 1: Why I smell something burnt?
Answer: 1. The organic cotton inside the coil usually lasts 2 weeks for normal usage, but it may be shorter or longer than that based on different vaping frequency. – If this is the case, please replace the coil with a new one.
2. If vaping while the cotton is not saturated fully with the e-liquid, the cotton may be burnt out, this may happen in three(3) situations:
1️⃣ the cotton in the coil is not yet being saturated(primed) for the first time using that coil – Prime it.
2️⃣ the tank running out of e-liquid – Please refill.
3️⃣ you may take a single puff duration for too long (more than 5 seconds) to let the cotton be continually saturated by e-liquid – Take a short puff. If the burnt smell doesn’t go away, replace the coil with a new one to try.

Question 2: Does it leak?
Tightened the tank up properly, Keep it upright as much as possible it won’t leak.
Don’t overfill, wait for 5 minutes after filling, to saturate the coil completely
The siphon phenomenon happens causes leakage, please empty the tank if it’s not being used for several days.
