Week 71 – Anxiety and depression is debilitating for most people and for me it is no different. This January started off with me blogging about how down I am. I didn’t realise that the illness had kicked in as it does every couple of months. I try my best to pull out of this route but it is very difficult. My gay Albanian boyfriend Daniel helps me a lot through this period.

Daniel has an opportunity to see his co-workers in Queensway to go bowling for his Christmas party. Of course, the thing which puts a smile on my face is seeing Daniel naked as he is getting out of the shower. I don’t know why this tickles me.
A very slow start to the January month indeed but things do begin to get better towards the end of the week as the anxiety and depression alleviates. I spend most of this time at home watching videos and eating bad food.
Some people might say this is not such a bad thing but for me I have so much to do and the pressure which I put on myself makes things worse.
