We all get bouts of depression from time-to-time. But for some, the depression can lingering and intolerable. I recently had a serious depression following a complicated surgery (Thus my weight gain of 15 pounds). In this video, I outline the way I went about alleviating some of my depression, and the future steps I will take to return to a place where I feel physically and mentally sound. This technique is not for everyone. It works for me because it is in conjunction with medication and therapy. However, I have known people who have successfully resolved their depression with these kinds of methods, although their depression was not chronic.
