“Is always to DIC’ it down. Define, Impact, Cope.

This episode we define our understanding of “seasonal depression” aka Seasonal Affective Disorder or simply, SAD.

Then we discuss the impact of “seasonal depression”, the signs, how it presents for us, socially, emotionally, physically, etc.

And lastly, we talk about how we cope with “seasonal depression” what we can do for ourselves and how we prepare to take care of ourselves during this time and when experiencing bouts of depression and intense emotional feelings in general…ya know.

We make each section clearly known, so feel free to pause throughout the sections to give yourself time to answer. If you want to. Maybe even jot down your answers and thoughts. Do what feels right for you.
