Dr Izabela Kopaniszyn (Easy Grace) – a polish transpersonal psychologist, a sociologist, a trainer, a personal development coach, and a writer. The author of the book “Who Am I? ” and a doctorate “The Subject and the Sacrum”.

She deals with decoding and updating neurological patterns, habits and brain pathways.

The development workshops, regularly held in various places around the world, include constelations, inspired by Bert Hellinger’s work let her take a complex and holistic way to approach clients problem. She uses also a method of achieving extremely fast changes, called Restarting ®.
The founder of the Nelumbo Institute Real Inquiry (www.nelumbo.eu) in Portugal. Izabela holds her work mainly in: Portugal, Poland, Italy and UK.

About Tom de Winter:

Tom de Winter is a renowned international trainer for companies and individuals. Tom has had his training centers in Maierhöfen (Germany) and in Oosterbeek (Netherlands). He provides trainings in: Russia, USA, Poland, Turkey, the Netherlands, Germany, The Ukraine. Workshops for men are his original design.
