West Pier Trust – Know for its wonderful architectural style and visited by millions of people. It is one of the most photographed buildings in city with its sculptural remains.
Chapel Royal – It is very peaceful place to be visited especially for those who want to escape crowded shopping markets and other places like attending concerts or other places with lot of crowd. The Church was founded in 1794 to cater for rich and famous.
Blatchington Windmill – The original mill installed here since 1820 is still in working condition. It shows how grain is turned into flour in traditional way and one can explore a fascinating display of historical milling and agricultural exhibits which include thresher and oat crusher.
Chattri Indian War Memorial – It is a cremation place of Hindu and Sikh soldiers who died during World War I. It was opened in 1921 by Prince of Wales and every year on 4th Sunday of June a pilgrimage is organized by the Royal British Legion. This pilgrimage is attended by representatives of Indian High Commission in UK, ex-officers and men of the Indian Army.
Barlow Gallery/Museum – This is the most suitable place to see unique collection of Chinese works of art from China’s history from the 12th century BC to the 18th century AD. It shows beautiful examples of bronze vessels, pottery tomb figures and burial vessels as well as a number of Korean wares. Several exhibitions are organized here through out the year.
Brighton is well connected with other cities of UK as there are several railway stations, bus and taxi service is also available. Regular trains are available here and many residents commute to London other cities of UK for work, however other destinations include London Bridge and Bedford airport. It takes almost 50 minutes to reach London Victoria from here by the fastest service. Almost 300 buses are operated by Brighton & Hove Bus services.
